"This is my body" is used many times in the bible as many of Jesus' disciples write about their last dinner with Jesus before he sacrificed himself and was crucified. It is said in the book of Matthew, chapter 26, verse 26. It is also mentioned in the book of Mark, chapter 14, verse 22 and in other books.

This picture is an illustration of what the last supper might have looked like. The last supper was a sad but meaningful meeting between Jesus and his disciples on the night before he was crucified. During the dinner he spoke of how one of them had betrayed him and he offered the bread of his body and the wine of his blood for them to eat and drink. This picture shows the emotions of Jesus' disciples and how they listen to Jesus about his sacrifice and to carry on what he had taught.
